A little about nyc kids photographer... ME

 Hey what’s good!? Yes, it's both a questions and a statement. Respond as you wish.  Welcome to my little corner of the world wide web.  Not sure exactly what to say as I've never been good about writing about myself. They say folks love lists, so figured a list of things I think, and others have said should work.  

Some things about me

 

  • I’m tall enough to be constantly volunteered to get things off the top self. I’m either 6’3″ or 6’4″, depending on which side of the bed I wake up. 
  • I’m awesome or at least that is what I’ve been told. While it is just someone else’s opinion, since I like it, let's just say I agree with them and it’s true in my book 
  • Introverted, so I have my moments when I just need to hear myself think but love to share stories.  I’ve worked in Retail, as well as a Teacher, so I have some fun stories to share along with some knowledge. The knowledge I share is subjective.  
  • I’m old enough to know better, yet young enough to still make mistakes and screw things up on occasions. 
  • I’m learning I’m old and from another time period.  I keep hearing some of my models I work with say, my hip hop is classic…The hell with them, long live 90’s hip-hop
  • I say whatever is on my mind, most folks enjoy it.  Then some…well let’s just stick with the good stuff.
  • I’ve been told I’m smarter than I look.  Still trying to figure out if that is good or bad. I’ll let you be the judge of that.  
  • Born and raised New Yorker, made with Afro-Cuban-Chinese parts.  Not actual parts, and no I do not speak Chinese.
  • My day doesn’t begin until I have a cup of coffee.  I am in no way a coffee snob, bodega coffee is more than fine with me. Coffee is best served hot and dark and sweet.
  • I also collect vinyl records…HINT, HINT, if you want to send me a gift…My amazon list I’m just saying.  Need to add setting up P.O Box to my to do list
  • Last but not least, though I hope you honestly already know.  If not, I would questions why you are even here. I am a  portrait photographer, I shoot a mix of Editorial/Lifestyle portraits of grown folks and kids based out of Manhattan .
