Is the Session Fee included in the Collection Prices?

Yes. All our listed collections are all-inclusive. The price you see covers your Session Fee, pre-session planning, wardrobe guidance, the photography session itself, studio time where applicable, and all the digital images and physical products detailed in  your chosen package. There are no hidden fees. 

How do I book a session? 

Start by filling out contact form. I'll schedule a complimentary consultation call to discuss your vision and confirm a date and send you invoice. A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards. We use a secure online system for all transactions. 

Do you offer payment plan?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plan. You chosen collection must be paid in full before final image delivery. 

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy? 

The retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule due to illness or weather, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work to transfer your retainer to a new date within 45 days. 

How long are the Galleries available for viewing and ordering?

Your personal online gallery will remain active and downloadable for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. We highly recommend making all your final image selections and downloading your purchased digital files before the galleries expires.  

How do the Print Credits work in Packages B,C and D?

The bonus Print Credit included in these packages acts as gift certificate that can be applied toward the purchase of any additional A La Carte prints, wall art, digital downloads in our store. All print credits must be utilized within the 6 month life of your proofing gallery. Credits not used by the expiration date will expire. 

Are prints included in the collection high-quality? 

Absolutely. All included prints and products are professionally printed through our trusted lab to ensure true color and archival quality, guaranteeing your art will last for generations. 

What should we wear?

Once booked, you'll receive a detailed Style Guide and access to our exclusive wardrobe packet. We focus on complimentary colors and textures, not just matching outfits  

How long does the session typically last?

Our standard session typically last about 90 minutes, depending on number of outfits.  

What if the weather is bad? 

If we are unable to shoot due to heavy rain or extreme conditions, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Overcast skies, however, often produce beautiful lighting.  

How many images will be in my proofing gallery? 

Your proofing gallery will contain the best 40-60 images from your session. All images will be edited and ready for digital download and print purchase. 

 How long does it take to get our gallery? 

Delivery of edited gallery will take between two and three weeks. As always I will try to get them to you as soon as possible. 

What kind of editing is included? 

Color correction, light skin smoothing, and removal of temporary blemishes. I love to maintain a natural and authentic style. High end retouch for additional cost and can be discussed when gallery has been delivered

Where should I print my digital files?

I will always recommend using our professional print services included in our packages. If you choose to print elsewhere, we cannot guarantee the color accuracy or quality of final product. 

If my child is represented by an agency, how should I select images? 

Your selected packages is for your personal and family use only. Please do not select images for agency. I will gladly contact agency providing them with passcode to download several images. Your focus should be on selecting images you love for your home.
